A séance you'll feel in your bones.
The story
Ten years ago, the McGregor family vanished inside the manor at Boothill. No bodies. No trace. No peace. A medium has agreed to open the veil one last time — and you are the circle.
Hysteria in Boothill is a non-game Mixed Reality experience where up to six guests share a single haunted house, a single Ouija board, and a single medium willing to bridge the living and the dead. Built inside PortAventura's far west area, the attraction transforms a real western-era manor into a living paranormal ritual: the walls breathe, the furniture answers, and the spirits of the McGregors take shape around you. You see your family next to you. You hold their hand. You hope that's enough.

Inside the experience
Four moments from the 3-minute journey. Augmented by everything the place could never show on its own.
How we built it
Operational speed is part of the promise. Every We Rise Up experience follows the same five-stage process — we iterate on it, we don't reinvent it.
Site survey of the McGregor manor at PortAventura. Narrative workshop with historians, horror writers and the park's creative team.
Script, storyboard, spatial audio design and ritual choreography. First full run-through on paper.
CGI modelling, MR asset pipeline, apparition rigging, multilingual voice recording in four languages.
Hardware install inside the manor, spatial mapping, staff training, soft opening with internal guests.
Public opening. First 1,000 guests through the Ouija in the opening week. 100K+ in the first year.
We design, build and launch Mixed Reality experiences for cultural sites, theme parks and heritage institutions worldwide. Zero upfront investment. Live in 3–6 months.
