The world's first Mixed Reality coaster.
The story
High in the mountains of Guanajuato sits a silver mine no one has entered in a hundred years. The only way in is a cursed mining train. You just bought your ticket.
El Diablo Neo reimagines one of PortAventura's legacy roller coasters as a Mixed Reality journey into a Mexico that shouldn't exist. As the train climbs, the world bends: ancient sculptures rise from the earth, pyramids float between the mountains, creatures the size of cathedrals guard the tunnels. The experience is fully language-independent — there is no voice-over, no subtitles, no explanation. Just gravity, steel, mythology and the deepest integration between MR rendering and real-world motion ever built for a coaster.

Inside the experience
Four moments from the 12-minute journey. Real space, real guests, real reactions — augmented by everything the place could never show on its own.
How we built it
Operational speed is part of the promise. Every We Rise Up experience follows the same five-stage process — we iterate on it, we don't reinvent it.
Full coaster dynamics survey. Motion capture of the track to sub-centimeter accuracy. Hardware certification for MR headsets at 80+ km/h.
Art-directed in collaboration with Mexican cultural consultants. Guanajuato mythology woven into a language-free visual narrative.
Full CGI production. Real-time rendering pipeline. Frame-perfect sync between headset and coaster physics across every second of the ride.
Independent safety audits. Headset durability testing. Staff procedure design for rapid turnaround between runs.
World premiere as the first MR coaster ever commercialised. Sold out within the first week of operation.
We design, build and launch Mixed Reality experiences for cultural sites, theme parks and heritage institutions worldwide. Zero upfront investment. Live in 3–6 months.
